• Banks refer customers which they wish to move off balance sheet to SSS.
• The referred customers transact directly with SSS
• SSS pays referring Banks an ongoing referral fee based on the daily profitability

• SSS is limited to Repurchase and Reverse Repurchase Transactions
  only.
• SSS will guarantee that they will not solicit any other capital
  markets business from referred customer by signing a Letter of Understanding.
